Sometimes it happens if I use the wait function multiple times and CTD on coming to Raining weather (Attempting it again on booting back up does not make the issue occur again). For example I could just be walking in the open world and then a CTD for no reason (No freeze or jerk). These have varying occurrences and can happen at any point in the game. Sometimes he turns his head towards the PC but instead of making a sound he makes static noises for a few moments before going silent again. He still looked around but didn't move from the centre of the jail. However for me it got as far as him transforming and looking up before he just stood there.
